PhB TIRE CONSULTING is a professional IT consulting company focused on helping businesses improve digital systems, technology strategy, infrastructure, security, and operational efficiency. We were established to fill a specific gap: the kind of clear-eyed, vendor-neutral perspective that internal teams rarely have time to produce on their own.
Our clients are typically mid-sized organizations and growing technology teams that need an outside voice — not to take over a program, but to help them think through it with rigor. We write things down, we challenge assumptions politely, and we leave behind documentation that survives long after the engagement ends.
How we work
Engagements begin with a written scope memo. We document what we expect to find, what we don't yet know, and what success looks like. From there, every deliverable points back to that memo — so nothing surprises anyone at the end.
